Materia is a mattress composed of independent springs and natural fibers.
The springs are wrapped in 20 layers of pure fibers, specifically 10 per side, in different thicknesses to achieve maximum comfort.
The package is completely handmade through needle and thread stitching, with a sewing machine and a double-twisted double-thread Jaquard cotton fabric known for its resistance.

Materia is a high load-bearing mattress in the medium (medium) and rigid (firm) versions.
The mattress is characterized by having an adaptable and supported body thanks to the structure consisting of 560 independent springs with 7 different support zones in the 160/190 cm double version.
The padding made in layers and by hand guarantees high comfort and a pleasant feeling of thermal balance.
All mattresses should be turned upside down periodically, upside down and head to toe, to ensure balanced use.
This also applies to Materia, it is recommended to turn it around once a month.
The use of pure natural materials guarantees excellent thermoregulation, the upside down helps the fibers to disperse moisture to ensure a healthier sleep and last longer.
It is certainly possible to make Materia in a double version, but we recommend the single version for several reasons.
Handmade mattresses made of natural fibers weigh more than industrial mattresses, so both for transport and for maintenance, the single version is easier. The single mattresses guarantee a more even wear.
It is possible to choose mattresses of different firmness.
But don't worry, thanks to the double topper, you can share all the advantages of matter even if you sleep in two.
